More on our upcoming Rock & Roll and Art Project. It's going forward and things should happen fast...
* The artists and bands are all lined up, all have submitted their first works, and all, except one, are now working on their reactive pieces.
* The artists: Plet Bolipata, Elmer Borlongan, Fred Esquillo, Karen Flores, Manny Garibay, Winner Jumalon, and Mark Justiniani.
* The rock bands: Dong Abay, Cynthia Alexander, Joey Ayala, Noel Cabangon, Loquy, Peryodiko, and Up Dharma Down.
* The exception is Dong Abay, who has already finished his second song, and is scheduled to record his works this coming Monday.
* The art and rock music exhibit opens in the first half of October, 2008 at the Ayala Museum. Both art and music will be showcased during this event, although the album won't be for sale just yet.
* We've tentatively set the album launch for November 7, and are actively looking for a suitable music bar for the party.
It's all very exciting!
